It offers uniquely relevant, international-quality and professional education opportunities for the potential leaders, managers and field personnel of development projects of government agencies, support agencies, academic institutions, NGOs other civil society organizations.
TGI-WB offers a wide range of training programs aimed at enhancing the skills of individuals and organizations. These programs focus on leadership development, community participation, resource management, and sustainable development practices. Training methods are interactive and experiential, involving case studies, group discussions, and field visits. Participants are encouraged to develop action plans that can be implemented in their respective contexts.
During the period of past 1 year, TGI-WB has been enhancing the capacities of teams of local youths and volunteers engaged in building Zonal Gatherings of Pastoralists in Albania, Montenegro, Kosovo and North Macedonia. A series of Perspective Building Workshops were organized in the region, and about a dozen of orientations and trainings are conducted for pastoralist leaders and stakeholders.
